All jewellery needs a certain level of TLC on a regular basis. Much of this can be carried out at home – see our Jewellery Care guide for more information. Sometimes, however, a more professional clean is required and this is a service we provide on site. Additionally, we can polish your items, which is a more involved process that will allow your jewellery to shine like new again!
Repairs
Whether your jewellery is damaged from wear and tear, getting crushed in a blender (it happens!) or simply needs resizing, our team of experts can help to guide you. We may ask that your jewellery is left with us overnight so that we can perform a full assessment. Our shop is fully insured, and all jewellery is kept locked away in our safes. We will always provide you with a quote before proceeding with any repairs.
