The Prizes

We’ll be selecting six lucky winners:
• First Prize: £2,000 towards wedding bands
• Second Prize: Two winners will each receive £500 towards wedding bands
• Third Prize: Three winners will each receive a bottle of Bollinger Champagne

How to enter

Simply visit us in store between 1st and 28th February, view our wedding band collection, and complete an entry form. It’s that easy.

Winners will be drawn on Tuesday 3rd March and announced once prizes have been collected.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Wedding Band Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. You must be 18 years or over and registered to live in the UK to enter this competition. The prize draw opens on 1 February and closes on 28 February (inclusive). The draw will take place on Tuesday 3 March.
2. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this competition. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
3. This competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
4. Entries for this competition must be submitted in store by completing the relevant competition entry form after viewing the wedding band collection.
5. Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.
6. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to being incomplete, lost, delayed, or misdirected for any reason.

7. There will be six winners selected by a random draw performed on the publicised draw date:
o One first prize of £2,000 towards wedding bands
o Two second prizes of £500 towards wedding bands
o Three third prizes of one bottle of Bollinger Champagne each
8. Wedding band prize values can only be redeemed against wedding bands purchased in store. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
9. Champagne prizes are non-transferable and must be collected in store. Proof of age may be required upon collection.
10. The winners will be notified by email as soon as practicable after the prize draw, using the contact details provided with the competition entry. Winners will be required to respond within 7 days of notification confirming acceptance of their prize. If a winner does not respond within this period or declines the prize, Regina Rowe Jewellers reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw an alternative winner.
11. Winners will be notified of how and when to collect their prize in store.
12. We reserve the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary. The winner will be notified accordingly.

13. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
14. Our decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. We are obliged to either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of any winner to anyone who emails or writes to Regina Rowe Jewellers, 60 Union Street, Torquay, TQ2 5PS, within one month after the closing date. If you object to your surname or county being published, please contact us at [email protected]. In such circumstances, we may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
16. By entering this competition, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
17. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

18.1 Regina Rowe Jewellers will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, or damage suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or the acceptance or use of a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, or death or personal injury arising from negligence). Your statutory rights are not affected.

GENERAL

19.1 If there is reason to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or if Regina Rowe Jewellers believes an entrant’s conduct may be unlawful or bring the competition into disrepute, Regina Rowe Jewellers reserves the right to void that entry and exclude the entrant from the competition.
19.2 Regina Rowe Jewellers reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so, without liability to entrants or third parties.
19.3 This competition and all matters arising from it shall be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
