Terms and conditions

1. You must be 18 or over and be registered to live in the UK to enter this competition. The prize draw entry closes on 31 December 2025 (inclusive). The draw will take place on Monday 5 January 2026
2. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this competition. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
3. This competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
4. Entries for our competitions must be submitted in store by completing the relevant competition form.
5. Entries received after the stated closing date above will not be accepted.
6. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due being incomplete, lost, delayed or misdirected for any other reason.
9. One winner will be chosen by a random draw performed on the publicised draw date.
10. The winner will be notified by email as soon as practicable after the prize draw, using the contact details provided with the Competition entry. The winner will be required to respond within 7 days of notification (unless otherwise stated) confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event the winner does not respond to communications within this period or if the prize is declined, Regina Rowe Jewellers reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw another winner.
11. The winner chosen by random draw will be notified as to how to collect their prize in store.

12. You should note however, that we reserve the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary for us to do so and the winner will be notified of this accordingly.
13. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is rewarded.
14. Our decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. We are obliged to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of any winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entry, to anyone who emails or writes to Regina Rowe Jewellers, 60 Union Street, Torquay, TQ2 5PS (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us at [email protected]. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
16. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry and we reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
17. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in our privacy policy, which you can find on our website.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
18.1 Regina Rowe Jewellers will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

19 GENERAL
19.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or if Regina Rowe Jewellers believes that your conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the competition into disrepute, Regina Rowe Jewellers may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to make your entry void and will entitle the Regina Rowe Jewellers to exclude you from participating in the competition.
19.2 Regina Rowe Jewellers reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
19.3 This competition and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
