Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
1.1 The draw competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older.
1.2 Participants must follow or start following the official Instagram page of Regina Rowe Jewellers (@ReginaRoweJewellers).
1.3 To qualify, participants must tag at least one person in the competition post. The tagged individual must also follow the official Instagram page of Regina Rowe Jewellers.
1.4 Employees of Regina Rowe Jewellers, their families, and anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

How to Enter
2.1 Follow or start following @ReginaRoweJewellers on Instagram.
2.2 Tag at least one individual in the competition post on Instagram.
2.3 Ensure that the tagged individual follows @ReginaRoweJewellers on Instagram.

Competition Period
3.1 The competition will run from 12th July to 15th July. Entries outside this period will not be considered.

Selection of Winners
4.1 Winners will be chosen by a random draw conducted on Wednesday, 17nd July.
4.2 Two winners will be selected: the person who tagged and the person who was tagged. Both will receive a Pandora bracelet.

Notification of Winners
5.1 Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 24 hours of the draw.
5.2 If the winners do not respond within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

Prize
6.1 The prize is a Pandora bracelet worth £55 for each of the two winners.
6.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6.3 The prize must be collected in person from Regina Rowe Jewellers, 60 Union Street, Torquay TQ2 5PS

Data Protection and Publicity
7.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to their Instagram usernames being used in any promotional materials by Regina Rowe Jewellers.
7.2 Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
7.3 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with, Instagram

General Conditions
8.1 Regina Rowe Jewellers reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
8.2 Regina Rowe Jewellers is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
8.3 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
9.1 By participating in this competition, entrants are indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
